Your Sitter will reach out to you via text 24 hours prior to the job. Out of consideration for our sitter’s time and the number of families our sitters sit for, we do not allow parents to meet their sitters before a sit. We suggest parents add an extra 15 minutes to your sit time if one would like to be there with your sitter and children to facilitate the introduction and go over any expectations with them.
One can schedule up to a year in advance. Please keep in mind if you request a sitter far in advance, it’s possible something may come up in the sitters schedule that will cause you to need to rebook. However we can always assist if that happens!
Once a parent signs up they can find a sitter. One needs to put in the necessary information and a list of sitter’s with their picture appear. Click on a sitters profile and one can read their bio as well as look over reviews from parents who had booked them in the past.

Once a parent has signed up, head to one’s profile to personalize it. Add kid info since it will be needed to book a sitter. Head to tabs (upper left corner), press profile, add a picture and kids names,allergies and any other notes one would like the sitter to know. Now one is ready to book!

Step 3: Choose date & time you need in homepage and select Find Sitter (a box will pop up and you will select the kids who will be there for the job)
Step 4: The sitters who are interested will pop up in Bookings tab
Step 5: Select a sitter of your choice
Step 6: put in payment info ( card won't be charged until 24 hours in advance)
Step 7: Head to Bookings tab to see jobs that are pending (waiting for you to choose a sitter),booked, & completed jobs
*when booking a sitter need to keep in mind the job needs to be a minimum of an hour and at least an hour before.
If one needs a sitter right away or doesn't care to choose a sitter, click the box by emergency Booking when booking a sitter.

Step 5: a sitter will be chosen for you as soon as possible
*Once a job is completed the sitter needs to press on the job that it was completed. The parent puts in OTP to confirm sitter came for job and now sitter can get paid.

Step 4: Once verified create a Stripe account and add bank info
Step 5: Can now book jobs
We do a background check on all our sitters and vet them before they join our app. Once approved, one gets admitted into the app and can now book job. If a parent wants to be a sitter as well go to tabs and press become a sitter and register (with different id then when signed up as a parent). Once interviewed and verified can now book jobs.
